Empowerment to begin again comes from embracing the simple truth that we hold the pen to our story. It’s a daily practice of releasing the past, forgiving ourselves for missteps, and taking one small step forward without needing to have everything perfectly figured out

In order to assist each participant, we have integrated various disciplines and techniques to activate a positive change in attitude and disposition…initiating intrinsic motivations while imploding negative thought patterns.

This Solution consist of 12 (two hour) sessions; however, it can be conducted as a 3 hour Workshop or a 2 hour Lecture/Seminar.
