In short, the Empowering Returning Citizens Program is all about empowering our returning citizens to take up, restart, and resume their lives in the community; averting going back to prison. This 12 stage Solution is packed with all the necessary information for the Returning Citizens to be successful in the community; as it pertains to readjusting to society after a long time in confinement. The disciplines and subjects covered in this Solution are simply Awesome.
